Why 126?

Numbers are powerful. For many, certain numbers seem to appear again and again, almost as if guiding us. For our founder, 126 (and 1206) began showing up in unexpected ways as far back as 2004. Over time, those encounters became more than coincidence; they became a indication that numbers, like music, art, and emotions, are a universal language.

Sheila's birthday is December 6th. As an adopted only child from Columbus, Ohio, she grew up being extremely close with her parents who explained to her that she was adopted as soon as she was able to understand. Sheila has always been a self-identified "Daddy's Girl." She attributes her solutions-focused attitude, willingness to take risks, and profound value on relationships to her dad. It wasn't long after he passed away in 2002 that Sheila began recognizing various encounters with the numbers 1206 and 126. Over time, she came to see it as a sign that she needed to embrace and seek to understand. It wasn't until July, 2022 that Sheila actually started to capture her unexpected encounters with 126 and 1206. Since then she has archived hundreds of images from license plates to social media likes, word counts, and more! Even the video on the home page of our website randomly ended up being 1 minute and 26 seconds long...

The greatest lesson learned through 126 is this: while thinking positively can shape how we see the world, it is believing positively that transforms how we live and lead. Belief turns hope into action, energy into synergy, and individuals into thriving teams.

Dynamic 126 was created with that spirit at its core. Through leadership coaching and team workshops, we help organizations move beyond surface-level “positive thinking” and step into deeper alignment, authentic connection, and lasting success. Every workshop, every coaching session, is designed to unlock the potential that’s already present, just waiting to be believed in.

When you choose Dynamic 126, you’re choosing more than a service. You’re choosing a partner driven by purpose, one that understands the power of mindset, belief, and the unexpected ways growth can show up when we’re ready for it.

Teacher

Sheila Riffle earned her Bachelor of Music Education from The Ohio State University and began teaching instrumental and vocal music in grades 7–12. Early in her career, she noticed how much young people longed to be seen and heard by adults. That realization led her to pursue a Master’s in School Counseling and a deeper commitment to supporting students beyond the classroom.

Counselor

As a high school counselor, Sheila developed career readiness programs, taught an internship seminar for aspiring educators, and served on a regional Allied Health Services Board. She also mentored counseling interns and co-created a counseling curriculum to help students transition into high school successfully. These experiences sparked her passion for leadership and program development.

School
Administrator

After completing the University of Connecticut Administrator Preparation Program, Sheila stepped into leadership as an assistant principal in 2005. She went on to become a high school principal, serving in that role for nine years. In 2014, she was recognized with the William Cieslukowski First Year High School Principal Award. Her time as an administrator reinforced her belief that positive relationships are the foundation of successful schools and organizations.

Program
Developer

In 2012, Sheila, along with her wife Linda and a group of dynamic women, launched Girls-to-Girls (G2g), an empowerment series for high school girls. The program combined team-building activities, group discussions, and mentorship, growing from two schools to five over six years. G2g made a lasting impact by helping young women strengthen their confidence and navigate social situations with authenticity.

Team
Builder

Across her career, Sheila has facilitated groups of all sizes (students, educators, and professionals) always focusing on the power of authentic connection. Her philosophy is simple: building and maintaining positive relationships is essential to the success of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Where We Are Today:

From teacher to counselor, program developer, administrator, and team builder, Sheila has seen firsthand how authentic relationships transform people and communities. Dynamic 126 carries this legacy forward, helping teams align, connect, and grow together.
